Customer suggestions
Everything customers send through Suggestions arrives here. The menu shows how many are new.
This page is for the Meus Bordados administration team. Customers don’t see these screens.
Read and organize
- Tabs New, Read and All; All topics filter (idea, problem or other).
- Each suggestion shows the customer, the topic, the language and the text. If the account was deleted, it shows Deleted account.
- Mark as read / Mark as unread, Mark all as read and Delete.
Tips
- When a suggestion becomes an improvement, let the customer know on WhatsApp. It builds loyalty.
