System errors
The System errors item in the administration menu opens the app’s error log. Next to it, a number shows how many errors happened in the last 24 hours.
This page is for the Meus Bordados administration team. Customers don’t see these screens.
What gets recorded
- Errors and pages that failed, system warnings (including Stripe alerts), failed tasks and slow queries.
- Passwords, keys and cookies are masked (****).
- Records older than 7 days are deleted automatically.
Find a customer’s errors
- In Users, find the account number (ID).
- In System errors, filter by the tag usuario:ID.
Tips
- When a customer reports a problem, ask for the approximate time: it makes the record easier to find.
