Administration
Users, access and quota
In Users you see every account, its status and the space it uses, and you can grant access or change one person’s quota.
This page is for the Meus Bordados administration team. Customers don’t see these screens.
Find and read the list
- Search by name or email. Sort by Newest or Most storage used.
- Status: Admin, Granted (access given by administration), Subscriber, Trial (n d) or No access.
- Current Plan and Storage (usage and quota, marked default or custom).
Grant access until a date
- In the Access until column, click Set….
- Pick the date and confirm. Until the end of that day, the person can use the dashboard even without a subscription; their menu shows Access granted until….
- To remove it, clear the date and confirm.
After the date, the person needs a valid trial or subscription again, and sees a notice that their access expired. The list shows expired.
Extend the trial
The +7 days button adds 7 days to the trial (from the end of the current trial, or from today if it already ended).
Change one person’s quota
- Click their storage usage (Change quota).
- Enter the quota in GB. Leave it empty to go back to the default quota.
- Confirm.
Administrators
Make admin gives access to administration; Remove admin takes it away. Administrators always have access to the dashboard.
Heads up: An administrator sees every customer’s data and the Stripe keys. Only give this access to team members.
