Yes. Because Meus Bordados runs in the browser, it works the same on Mac, Windows and Linux, with no emulator and nothing to install. It’s a good option if you have a Mac and can’t find compatible embroidery software.

The software exports DST, PES and JEF. Those are the formats read by Brother and Baby Lock (PES), Janome and Elna (JEF), and Tajima, Barudan and most commercial machines (DST). If your machine reads one of them, it works.

Open the editor, import the PES file and download it again as DST (the same goes for JEF). The software reads the stitches in the file, so the design isn’t re-digitized. Before downloading you can change colors, resize it and add a name.

Yes. Upload the image and instant digitizing creates the stitch areas: logo mode for few-color logos and illustration mode for artwork with more colors and lines. For a photo, first use Prepare with AI, which turns it into an illustration. The result stays editable right in the editor.

In the editor, right-click the image and choose Prepare with AI. Say whether it is a photo or a logo and, if you like, write instructions (for example, "remove the background" or "at most 5 colors"). The AI returns a flat-color illustration that you turn into embroidery with instant digitizing. Each generated image uses 1 credit, bought in packs in your dashboard; if the AI fails, the credit comes back.

Yes. Stitch settings come tuned for lettering, the 3D preview shows the result before you stitch, and the flow is simple: type, pick a font, check and download.

The editor is built for a computer, with a mouse and a larger screen. The dashboard opens on a phone so you can check orders, but we recommend a computer for creating designs.

Yes. Keep a customer list, track orders on a board from quote to delivery, manage bills and receivables, and see a financial dashboard with what came in and what’s still owed.
