Storage space (quota)
Each account has space to keep your designs and saved files. The Storage bar shows how much you’ve used.
What counts and what doesn’t
- Counts: the designs you upload to My designs (with thumbnails) and the designs in My files.
- Doesn’t count: library fonts and ready-made designs, and the files you export (DST, PES, JEF), which go to your computer.
Where to see it
The bar appears on Home, in My files, on the My designs tab and in the editor’s My files window. It turns orange near 75% and red from 90%, with a warning.
When you run out of space
- Delete files and design sizes you no longer use.
- Download old .bordado files you want to keep to your computer and delete them from the server.
- If you need more space, message support on WhatsApp.
Common problems
It says there’s no space: you’re using X of Y.
The new file doesn’t fit in your quota. Free up space as explained above and try again. Meanwhile, use Save in the editor to download the .bordado.
