WhatsApp support and suggestions
For questions, use WhatsApp. To ask for an improvement or tell us something is missing, use Suggestions.
Contact support
- Click the green Support button: in the corner of the dashboard screen, or in the top strip of the editor and viewer.
- WhatsApp opens with a ready-made message that already includes your account email.
- Write your question and, if you can, send a screenshot or the file.
Tip: Tell us what you were trying to do, what appeared on screen and which browser you use. It speeds things up a lot.
Send a suggestion
- Under Account in the menu, click Suggestions.
- Under Topic, choose Idea or improvement, Something isn’t working or Something else.
- Write in Your suggestion (at least 10 characters) and click Send suggestion.
Only the Meus Bordados team reads suggestions, and all of them help decide the next improvements. You can send up to 10 per day.
