Upload my own designs in several sizes

In My designs you keep your own designs in your account. Only you can see them, in the dashboard and in the editor’s Library, next to the library designs.

Upload a new design

Open Designs and click the My designs tab.
Under Upload my own design, type the Name (for example, "Mary’s rose").
Choose the Category, leave Uncategorized, or choose + New category… and type its name.
In the first Sizes row, type the size label (for example, "10 cm") and choose the file (DST, PES, JEF or .bordado).
For more sizes of the same design, click + Add another size and repeat.
If you like, upload a Thumbnail (image) that’s used for all sizes.
Click Save design.

Tip: Stitches and colors are optional. If you leave them blank, the system tries to read them from the file itself (DST includes this information).

Add sizes later

On the My designs tab, on the design’s card, click + Sizes.
The form becomes Add sizes to "name". Upload the files for the new sizes.
Click Add sizes. To give up, click Cancel.

Delete

Click the ✕ next to a size to delete it. The space goes back to your quota.

Limits

Each file can be up to 20 MB; the thumbnail, up to 2 MB.
The size label can be up to 40 characters and can’t repeat within the same design.
Everything you upload counts toward your storage. See Storage space.

Common problems

It says "This size already exists for this design".

There’s already a size with the same label. Use another name (for example, "10 cm wide") or delete the old one first.

It says "Upload a DST, PES, JEF or .bordado file".

The chosen file is in another format. Convert it in the original program or in the Viewer.

It says there’s no space left in your quota.

Delete files or designs you no longer use, or contact support. See Storage space.
