1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Meus Bordados, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. The service

Meus Bordados is online embroidery software accessed through the browser, with an editor, a font and design library, previews, file storage, business tools and a public page for your shop.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.

4. Free trial, subscription and cancellation

New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no credit card. After that, access requires a paid subscription that renews automatically at the end of each period until canceled.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the period already paid, with no cancellation fee. Amounts already paid are not prorated or refunded, except where required by law.

Prices may change; we’ll give advance notice and the change applies from your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to infringe the rights of others, including copyrights and trademarks, or to upload illegal content. You’re responsible for holding the rights to the designs, logos and fonts you use and stitch.

6. Your files

The designs and files you create or upload remain yours. We store them only to provide the service, within your account’s storage space. Library designs and fonts may be used in your embroidery while your subscription is active.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it’s provided as is. We recommend checking each file in the preview and doing a test stitch-out before final pieces. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, unless the law provides otherwise.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll announce relevant changes in the dashboard or by email.
