Create an account and start the free trial

Q: It says the email is already taken.

There’s already an account with that email. Go to Sign in and, if you don’t remember the password, use Forgot password. See Sign in and reset your password.

Creating an account takes less than a minute, and you land in the dashboard with a 7-day free trial and every feature unlocked. No credit card is needed to try it.

Step by step

On the website, click Start free trial. You’ll go to the Create account screen.
Fill in Name and Email. You’ll use this email to sign in.
Under WhatsApp, pick your country from the list (the flag) and type your number. The input mask helps you use the right format.
Create a Password with at least 8 characters and repeat it in Confirm password. Use the eye button to show the password and check what you typed.
Click Create account and start. You go straight to the dashboard, already on the trial.

Why we ask for WhatsApp

The number is required so support can reach you when needed (for example, to help with a file or let you know about your subscription). We don’t send marketing messages on WhatsApp. You can change the number later in My account.

How the free trial works

For 7 days you can use everything: editor, viewer, fonts, designs, saved files, business tools and your shop website.
The side menu shows Free trial and how many days are left. The dashboard Home also tells you.
To keep going after the trial, choose a plan under Subscription. See Plans and payment.
If the trial ends without a subscription, the work pages are locked and you’re taken to Subscription. Your files stay saved in your account.

Account language

Your account is created in the language you’re browsing in (English, Portuguese or Spanish). You can switch at any time with the PT · EN · ES selector or in My account.

Common problems

It says the email is already taken.

My WhatsApp number isn’t accepted.

Check that the country selected in the list matches your number and that the area code is right. Type digits only; the mask adds spaces and dashes.

Can I start another trial with a different email?

The trial is one per person. If you need more time to evaluate, message support on WhatsApp.
